Cote Rotie

This is a very highly regarded and well-established estate, the brothers, Patrick and Christophe, Bonnefond took over from their father in the early nineties. With seven hectares of vines at his disposal, Patrick crafts very intense Syrahs into three different cuvees. Patrick is not afraid of new oak but the wines are concentrated enough to flourish with strong oak ageing, rather than be hindered by it. (12 x 75 cl)

The Gallets own 3.5 hectares of prime vineyards, mainly in the Cote Blonde and have adopted absolutely traditional vinification techniques such as using 600 litre 'demi-muid' barrels. Their one and only cuvee is firm and structured with an underlying succulent intensity of dark black fruit. (12 x 75 cl)
