The Domaine Gérard Chavy, now run by Gérard's sons Jean-Louis and Alain, with this substantial acreage in the appellation provides the rare opportunity of offering reasonable quantities of domaine-bottled Puligny-Montrachet. These wines are styled to reflect the terrior of the vineyard with vines on average 25 years old, the wine is 70% barrel fermented (15% new oak) and 30% tank fermented. Golden yellow coloured Chardonnay wine that is vibrant and alive, well structured, textured and rich through to the finish.
