Noval Fine Ruby is a fresh and vibrant port suitable for informal occasions. It has a notable bright, vibrant, ruby colour and an intense youthful nose with wild, cherry aromas. On the palate it has a medium-body combined with rich, intense cherry and plum fruits. Delightful when chilled, it makes a superb aperitif and also combines well with desserts. This is the classic expression of Noval's approach to making Port, combining traditional methods of viticulture with modern vinification techniques, and the skill in blending to mark the Quinta's distinctive style. . Noval Tawny is a carefully-selected blend of lighter wines which have, after three years, started to lose their colour and take on some of the flavours that come from barrel ageing. Noval Tawny is a bright-amber in colour, still showing the pinkish tinge of youth. Its nose is concentrated and shows some candied fruit character. On the palate it is light with balanced acidity and raisin-like fruits. It is perfect when chilled as an aperitif or when served with lighter desserts such as meringue or fresh fruit. (12 x 75 cl)

Port is only declared when various factors combine to make an exceptional year. Intensely powerful and concentrated, these wines are adapted to age in bottle, developing over years and releasing a complex variety of flavours, 1991 was one of the declared vintages. Refined and well crafted, it is a dark purple colour, with a fresh floral and grape aroma and flavours. This port is medium body, medium sweet with firm tannins. (12 x 75 cl)

Noval Colheita 1974 had a beautiful amber colour with a brown-tawny tint. The nose is intense, with marzipan and apricots. The palate is extremely smooth and rounded with good nutty characters and some orange peel flavour. This wine has a great balance and smoothness combined with great intensity and length. (12 x 75 cl)
