Today, the vinification is assured by his children Luc and Christine Vernay and they now own 16 hectares undervine throughout the region. 100% Syrah from a single 1 hectare vineyard this wine is given 22 months maturation in partly new oak, while this wine can be cellared up to 15 years. Dark red coloured wine with strong blackberry, pepper, and spicy aromas. This is a complex and powerful wine with a great tannic structure, balance and plenty of fruit on a long finish. (12 x 75 cl)
