This wine is a blend from some of the top vineyards on the Cote Blonde and Cote Brune hillsides. These different terroirs harmonize the wine showing power, finesse, and complexity. The fruit for this Cote Rotie was hand picked, made from 80% destemmed grapes and aged in French Oak barrique . With a deep purple / ruby hue, a perfumed, smoky nose and a seductive palate laden with ripe blackcurrants and blackberries, this rich, opulent wine is underpinned by firm tannins and lifted by a hint of ripe acidity.
