The grapes were harvested in the first 10 days of October then Maceration on the skins in rotary fermenters for about 7-8 days. The Wine was then aged 24 months in oak and approximately a further 12 months in bottle. A great wine with attractive aromas of plum and forrest fruits that are reflected on the palate. Full-bodied, with round, soft and silky tannins and a very long finish. (6 x 75 cl)
