The Wine: Brunello di Montalcino is without a doubt the most precious, the most famous and the most representative of the whole Italian oenological production.It is often included in the official menus of the Royal and presidential spreads. A powerfully structured wine with a deep and rich bouquet. Vinification: a little tannic in youth, after 5-6 years it matures towards an austere, warm and ample flavour.
