The Palandri range features fruit from premium Western Australian grape growing regions such as Margaret River and Great Southern. Winemaker's Comments: The wine is a light straw colour with green hues. The striking nose displays a zesty lemon lime aroma with herbaceous undertones and hints of tropical fruit showing through. The wine displays a crisp clean palate with zesty citrus characters dominating. Viticulture: Fruit was drawn from the premium Margaret River and Great Southern regions of Western Australia. The vintage experienced a cool summer causing a longer ripening period and more complex fruit flavours in the wines. Vinification: All parcels were fermented at between 12-14 degrees Celsius in stainless steel fermenters using aromatic and neutral yeast strains. Small parcels of Sauvignon Blanc fruit were selected because they displayed considerable varietal and regional characteristics and style. Prior to bottling these parcels were blended together to highlight the varietal characters of Sauvignon Blanc (6 x 75 cl)

Intense aromas of dark blackcurrant, mint, oak, tobacco & beeswax; the flavour is big-bodied and quite chewy with good tannin & acidity and soft, warm dark fruit flavours which finish long, gently chewy, creamy and velvety (6 x 75 cl)

Young, quite ripe backcurrant fruit with a slightly inky touch to the nose, dry, rich & dark with good ripeness & acidity, it finishes peppery, ripe and shows good structure (6 x 75 cl)

From Western Australia, a clean, fresh & creamy white of good weight, with melon and delicate creamy aromas, and roundly flavoured with dry oak and grapefruit flavours and a rich, creamily smooth, spicy citrus tail (6 x 75 cl)

Good diesel notes,a quite full and floral style of wine; fresh with good acid and zesty lime and floral flavours, very crisp & long on the finish. (6 x 75 cl)

Big-bodied and round with a slight rubber/liquorice note, dry with a nice ripeness, round with crisp acidity and a warm, long and gently chewy cool climate finish (6 x 75 cl)

Soft and very approachable aromas, showing creamy vanilla and cassis notes with big, chewy and rich tannins and a long, firm, quite elegant and typically Cabernet finish (6 x 75 cl)

Nice, mellow, approachable nose showing bramble, mint, cedar & tobacco, with a good rich, big, blackcurrant flavour with well-integrated oak character & long, juicy and spicy tail (6 x 75 cl)
