Half of the grapes are harvested at 34 brix with controlled botrytis and the other half with higher sugar concentration before being aged 2 years in stainless steel tanks. This has produced a brilliant, golden yellow coloured wine with amber tones. The bouquet is displaying ripe fruit, papaya, peach, hints of honey while there are soft and fruity flavours with honey pervading through the finish.
