Fruit for this wine was carefully harvested in the cool of the night, so as to retain maximum varietal freshness of character. After crushing, the juice was transferred to stainless steel tanks where it was inoculated with selected yeast strains, which initiated a warm fermentation between 14-18 degrees Celsius. A light oak influence has added another dimension to this full flavoured wine. Pale straw in colour with tinges of light green and brilliant clarity, the Stamp Semillon Chardonnay displays intense aromas of citrus blossom, melon, pear and peach with some spicy characters. The palate is medium bodied with rich flavours of citrus, melon and sweet spice, complexed with soft oak. This wine has an elegant mouthfeel, with a lovely lingering finish. (12 x 75 cl)

Stamp of Australia continues the tradition of fine winemaking that Hardys have become recognised for throughout the world. The Stamp range is identified by the original Australian postage stamp, dating back to 1937, which is featured on all Stamp of Australia wines. The Stamp of Australia Riesling Gewurztraminer is pale straw in colour and displays fresh zesty citrus, spice and floral aromas. On the palate sweet tropical and citrus fruit flavours are backed with spice and zesty acid finish. Winemaker’s Notes: Stamp Riesling Gewurztraminer has been blended from selected batches of Riesling and Traminer grapes night harvested at moderate ripeness to achieve the desired fruit flavours. Selected parcels of fruit were then fermented at cool temperatures in stainless steel tanks to retain varietal fruit freshness. Inter-regional blending has produced a wine with an ideal balance of the lime/citrus flavours of the Riesling and the fresh spiciness of the Traminer. (12 x 75 cl)

Made from 100% Riverland fruit, this blend of Grenache and Shiraz delivers an easy drinking style of wine, which is both fruity and refreshing. The light colour was achieved by lightly pressing the skins of the fruit and removing them early in the winemaking process. Turkish delight pink, this wine is rosy and bright with vibrant colour. The Hardys Stamp of Australia Rosé exudes aromas of strawberry and raspberry, lifted by light floral notes. The palate reflects the nose as strawberry flirts with soft berry fruit flavours, achieving balance with a refreshingly crisp acid palate. (6 x 75 cl)
