Tasting Note: Deep and intense purple colour, with violet rims. On the nose, aromas of cedar, plum and fleshy blackberries and a light flowers sensation. The first sensation in the mouth is smooth, followed by a round, fresh and complex tannic structure, finish with a long and intense aftertaste. Information: The selected grapes for this wine have been harvested at the beginning of September, in the optimum ripeness state, with small and free berries. The juice of the grapes was macerated in cold conditions in its first days in vats. The fermentation occurred with temperatures between 28 and 30 Celsius degrees. The wine was in vats 15 days before its barrelling for making the malolactic fermentation.
Exotic varietal, clean and brilliant, similar to gold. Well defined of melon, apricot and pear aromas with nice persistence. In the mouth appears a cream texture. Long and with an intense acidity which gives to the wine a character of virtuosity (12 x 75 cl)
Brilliant ruby cherry red colour, with aromas of red fruits, jam, cherries and plums. Great structure in the mouth, aromatic, intense and fresh, with a great floral taste. Long and powerful aftertaste.. (12 x 75 cl)
Nice cherry colour, medium-high intensity core. Balsamic and fresh on the nose, with light oak notes. Lighty toasted flavours.Warm entry in mouth. Long aftertaste. Ten months into French and American oak barrels. (6 x 75 cl)
Wine Description: Tempranillo, Monastrell and Merlot. Aged for ten months in French and American oak casks. A complex wine with touches of vanilla, pepper and toasty notes agaThis very high tech Bodegas, situated in the spectacular ''El Carche'' conservation area in Jumilla, South East Spain is surrounded by vineyards at more than 700m above sea level. The two guiding principles of the Bodegas are the respect for the environment and the desire to make wines that reflect the intrinsic character and personality of the inst a backdrop of ripe red fruit. An ample, firm and persistent finish. (6 x 75 cl)
Deep garnet red colour, with purple rims. Fruits in the first impression, with flower aromas. In the mouth is smooth, but powerful and full-bodied, ripe tannins and flavours of aromatic grapes. Light toasty sensations. 100% from organic grapes. (12 x 75 cl)
Purple-colored, it reveals blueberry aromas which receive a floral lift from the Viognier. There are also notes of violets, mineral, and a bit of garrigue. Firm on the palate with some underlying tannin, the wine has good acidity, plenty of fruit, and several years of ageing potential. (6 x 75 cl)
Very dark ruby in colour, almost black, it breathes ripe, plummy fruit aromas with a whiff of the earthy 'tree bark' that's characteristic of the grape. Full and tart, lemon-squirt acidity and rough tannins surround ample black fruit flavours. It's a bit wild and rustic, but food tames it. (12 x 75 cl)
The low yield of the vineyard is the reason why the production of this wine is very limited. A deep red couloured wine showing mineral aromas of new wood, tobacco and candied fruit. A wine that will improve in the bottle. This wine is 100% monastrell produced from 65 years old ungrafted vines from the La Solana vineyard. Once in the winery fermentation is undertaken in small underground stone tanks with frequent manual pigegage, under controlled temperatures. Malolactic fermentation takes places entirely in barrel, ageing at least 22 months in new French oak barrels and bottled unfiltered. (6 x 75 cl)
An opaque purple color is followed by gorgeous aromas of prunes, blackberries, cassis, licorice, and tar. Medium to full-bodied and tannic, with great fruit presence, tremendous purity, and a long, impressive finish. (6 x 75 cl)
