75% Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay and drawn exclusively from 20 Crus in the Montagne de Reims and Cote des Blancs reigon. This champagne is matured for atleast 3 years in the bottle to produce a rich and powerful Champagne from one of the regions most successful family owned houses. Good medium-weight with depth of flavour and a clean fresh finish make this a superb Champagne. (6 x 75 cl)
The clean bready nose is followed by a fresh, elegant baked apple flavoured palate. The style of Duval-Leroy is elegant and refreshing rather than big and yeasty. (12 x 75 cl)
Made entirely from Pinot Noir grown in the Premier Cru of Vertus. The beautiful salmon-pink colour is obtained by the practice of 'Saignee' or 'bleeding' the juice from the skins with only a short period of contact after crushing, a method only used by a few Houses today. Matured for 2 years in bottle, the result is a delicate, well rounded Champagne with gorgeous strawberry fruit flavours. (6 x 75 cl)
