Our Black Shiraz is all about maximum flavour which is achieved by leaving fruit to ripen on the vine until sugars and flavour peak. This has yielded a robust wine that is generous yet surprisingly smooth on the palate. The intense black cherry and plum characters are beautifully balanced by soft oak.
