Rich, straw-coloured Champagne with very fine, long-lasting bubbles. On the nose it has a mellow blend of honey and apricots, with a fine, almost biscuity finish. This wine is a beautiful yellow with golden highlights. The bubbles are both lively and long-lasting. On the nose, there is an immediate freshness and great finesse. However, this lovely bouquet of fresh fruit softens to a more delicate aroma of sweet pastries, cream and almonds with a hint of spice and balsam. On the palate, this is a lovely wine with a nice firmness and a wonderful balance. The flavour of fresh fruit is overlaid with honey. This is a refined and harmonious wine that is ideal served as an aperitif, but with just a few more months maturity, it will be a perfect accompaniment to delicate fish dishes and seafood. The Vintage Reserve 1996 shows a beautiful deep gold colour, with slight green hues. The sparkle is lively and persistent. The nose is expressive and complex. The first impression is of citrus, yellow fruit together with subtle dry fruit aromas and spices . In the mouth, it is very full and well structured, and for its age, still dominated by freshness, truly representative of the 96 vintage. Richness and intensity are wonderfully associated. The remarkable balance means that this champagne will keep (12 x 37.5 cl)

The Rose Reserve has an attractive, rosy tint, with deep, gold-bronze reflections. Effervescence is lively and persistent. The wine is very expressive on the nose, with notes of red fruits followed by notes of minerals and violets. This expresses perfectly all the graciousness of the Pinot Noir. In the mouth the attack, in complete harmony with the nose, is energetic and open with strong notes of subtly, crisp fruits (6 x 75 cl)

The 1990 has a subtle-gold colour, with a hint of green and a slight pink hue. The nose is wonderfully intense, with great depth and richness. Marked are the great complexity and richness of the aromas, ripe fruits such as pineapple and apricots are followed by dried fig, almonds and the smell of spiced pastry. In the mouth it has superb concentration and structure, with candied-citrus flavours and a full, long finish. A wine with huge potential to age, which is still approachable in its relative youth.
