Bright salmon pink with a fine, persistent mousse this wine has a nose displaying strawberry and red berry aromas as well as a subtle yeast character. On the Palate there is a fresh, lively, full flavoured character with berry fruit flavours complemented by a creamy mouthfeel and texture. The finish is soft and dry with lingering flavours. On the palate there is a light berry fruit driven style, which shows cherry fruit flavours, a dry, soft palate of medium but pleasing weight flows through to a clean, crisp, juicy finish. A soft, creamy spice is evident from the subtle oak maturation. A medium to full bodied wine with elegant chardonnay flavours of stone fruit, citrus and honey.
