Description:
Cabernet Franc is used in the production of great Loire red wines such as Saumur-Champigny. This easy-drinking wine is made using the same grape, sourced from the same vineyards in the Anjou reigon, and vinified in a manner which deliberatley maximises the natural aromatic fruitiness of the grape.
Fermented in stainless steel, using 100% Sauvignon Blanc from young vines in Alexandre Mellot's Sancerre and Pouilly vineyards in the Loire Valley. A treat. (12 x 75 cl)
A superior selection of wines made by Alexandre Mellot in modern underground cellar beneath the town of Sancerre. The use of skin contact increases the flavour and weight of this cuvee.

A real rarity. Made from Pinot Noir, with the skins in contact with the juice for only a few hours to produce a delicate, dry, pink wine with a delicious aroma of fresh strawberries. (12 x 75 cl)
The wine shows classic flinty, fresh green aromas. Stylish and crisp, with classic blackcurrant and gooseberry character of this well-known Loire wine. (6 x 75 cl)
