Broughton Pastures Ginger Wine

Organic, vegan. Made with best organic Somerset blackcurrants, this is a soft, light, fruity rose with noticeable sweetness and a gently tart edge. It's medium dry with a clean, fruity bouquet and flavour. Drinking nicely now, it will also cellar for another 18 months or so (12 x 75 cl)

Organic, vegan. Traditionally the most popular of country wines, Broughton's is made from organic Hungarian elderflowers and is surprisingly rich and broad flavoured. It has a clean, distinctive nose and a hint of muscadelle in the finish. Serve well chilled for a particularly refreshing summer drink. It's also a good accompaniment for light meals and salads.
