The wine has a brilliant, vivid colour with a ruby tint and a refined, nicely open nose that displays well-defined black cherry aromas with a touch of liquorice and smoke. Round and elegant on the palate, it combines a full body on well-rounded tannins with pleasantly crisp, slightly mineral flavours. The harmonious finish, full of elegance and charm, admirably expresses the qualities of the Pinot grape (12 x 75 cl)
This is true French Pinot Noir, but with the warmth of the Mediterranean and at a much more attractive price than Pinot Noir from Burgundy itself. It is medium garnet red in colour, and has a spicy red berry bouquet. In the mouth, there is mellow, supple, raspberry fruit and easy tannins. (12 x 75 cl)
Fresh red fruits on the nose, especially morello cherries and cassis, typical Pinot Noir fruit flavours and some spice with just a hint of oak. (12 x 75 cl)
The Limoux Co-operative has produced this deep-coloured and full-bodied wine with the classic strawberry fruit flavours of the Pinot Noir grape, grown in the cool hilly vineyard areas of south-west France. The inclusion of some oak-aged wine in the final blend adds extra depth and complexity. (12 x 75 cl)
