A very powerful aromatic wine that displays an extensive range of citrus fruit characters like New Zealand Oranges and Manderins. Very ripe stonefruit characters, a slight creaminess and a trace of French oak can be found on the nose of this wine. The palate has good length and structure originating from concentrated fruit and acid balance, this will ensure this wine will age for years to come. (12 x 75 cl)

A very full bodied wine that has an abundance of fruit characters and a spanking acidity. Pineapple, passionfruit and melon like flavours are all present as well as a little Marlborough herbaceousness. A very lively and approachable wine (12 x 75 cl)

Dark Doris plum in colour with sweet red fruit aromas. A concentrated mix of spiciness, 'funkiness' and the integration of oak make this Pinot Noir a mouth-filling wine. Will develop with age.. (12 x 75 cl)

Tasting note: An elegant off dry wine displaying pear and light spice on the nose and pear and white stone fruit on the palate. A beautifully balanced wine with a well structured long lingering finish Viticulture Pinot Gris is a very distinctive rapid growing vine and being an aromatic variety to a certain extent we have planted it in a moderately stoney area which will enhance the characteristics. Vinification Being a first, debate ensued as to whether to make in the Pinot Grigio style or the more ambivalent style that is derived from the vines in Alsace. After a slow cold fermentation in stainless the wine was placed in older French oak barriques for a short period of maturation. (12 x 75 cl)

A powerful wine showing intense aromas of passionfruit and gooseberry with undertones of lime and a subtle mineral note. It is full and rich with firm but balanced acidity and has powerful passionfruit and ripe nutty notes on the palate. Subtle fragrances of honeysuckle and lime add complexity and depth to the long lingering finish Sauvignon Blanc is truly a variety that is made in the vineyard. Clean and ripe fruit will always produce great Sauvignon Blanc. After pressing, the wine is chilled and allowed to settle over a 24hr period. The wine is then racked, inoculated and fermented at cool temperatures for 15-20 days. After fermentation and maturation the various tanks are brought together to make a final blend. (6 x 75 cl)

This non-vintage, bottle fermented wine is a blend of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay. It has been aged on yeast lees for three years, which has helped the wine develop a compex nutty and biscuity nose. The aging on lees has produced a wine with a deliciously rich and creamy palate that is well balanced and has a smooth lingering finish. (6 x 75 cl)
