Pale straw with golden green highlights, elegant fruit-acid balance and flowery, flinty nose, it is full of Sauvignon personality. Gianni Vescovo’s prestigious winery in Farra d’Isonzo is based at the site of an old convent. The high-tech equipment installed by Vescovo in the late 1970’s contrasts the historic surroundings of the cellar. State of the art winemaking and low yielding vines come together in well-structured white wines from Vescovo’s 22 hectares in Collio (12 x 75 cl)
One of the best Friulian reds, refined in oak barrels. Intense ruby red colour with hints of garnet. Full and excellent body, recommended with roasts, poultry and game. The three brothers
