Description: This red is a chewy Chateauneuf with smoky roasted meat character, black cherries and kirsch, pepper, herbs (bayleaf, rosemary) glycerin fruit. Rich, deep and generous, with a compelling sweetness of fruit and a lush, pliant texture. Finishes with firm but sweet tannins and a note of dark chocolate.

Clos Saint Michel Blanc Chateauneuf-du-Pape
The white Chateauneuf is just sublime showing aromas of acacia and wild mint jostle with honey, beeswax and vanilla, a mouthful of subtle pleasure. A blend of Grenache 30%, Clairette 30%, Roussanne 20%, Bourboulenc 20%, the grapes are manually harvested and fermented separately in 225 litre oak casks. After twelve months, and after a rigorous selection process, the wines are blended. (12 x 75 cl)
