As the name suggests the wines are made from Hess Collection estate single vineyards. The gentle contours of the Su'skol vineyard roll toward the San Francisco Bay's edge where the marine influence and ancient sea bed soils produce a bright, intense Chardonnay with balance, elegance and a long finish. Hess Collection Grand Circle wines are entry level Californian wines selected for their consistent quality and excellent value. Our Grand Circle Cabernet Sauvignon is barrel aged for 10 months in 20% new French oak to enhance the fruit forward character of the wine.

As the name suggests the wines are made from Hess Collection estate single vineyards. The Allomi estate vineyard enjoys a warm growing season which is perfect for the late ripening Cabernet Sauvignon, producing a wine with full body and a lush palate. (6 x 75 cl)

Totalling 310 acres the diverse mix of exposures and thin volcanic and sedimentary soils produce low yielding vines with exceptional quality grapes. The Cabernet Sauvignon offers superbly rich varietal characteristics. (6 x 75 cl)
