The palate is full, fat and creamy with delicious ripe pear fruits and gentle spice. As with all the Cesconi wines, this has a perfect balance and elegance with a long finish. It shows the elegance that the late growing season brought to white wines in this part of Italy, and this elegance is retained and highlighted by the move to a Stelvin closure. The four Cesconi brothers have transformed their family estate, situated in Trento, northeast Italy, in the past decade. Whereas they previously sold all their fruit to the local co-op, today they are making some of Italy's most exciting white wines.
