Stonewell Shiraz is the best, most concentrated Peter Lehmann Shiraz of vintage.The Shiraz grapes are drawn from old, dry-grown, low yielding in the western areas of the Barossa Valley. These old vineyards, many planted well over 100 years ago, produce small bunches with tiny berries (6 x 75 cl)

This wine is a vibrant, clear light fuschia in colour with a rim of blue. On the nose are freshly picked raspberries and hints of rose petals. It is a beautifully balanced wine on the palate with excellent structure, delicious fresh summer berries on the middle palate and a zinging finish from the natural grape acidity. A truly refreshing wine. The heritage Barossa Grenache vineyards produce wines of delicious soft berry fruits and superb balancing acidity. These vineyards are located in the Light Pass, Stonewall, Greenock and Koonunga districts.
