Description: Tasting notes: Pale yellow colour. Offers a rich and intense aroma of fruit with hints of apple, pineapple, quince and pear. It is fresh and clean in the mouth with excellent acidity, good structure and a floral finish.

Tasting notes: Intense ruby red with violet reflections, it shows black cherry, wild blackberry and plum fruit flavours with a spicy, toasted overtone. Soft and elegant, it is surprisingly long in the mouth with notes of mature red fruits and displays the structure necessary for long ageing. Production area: Our own vineyards in Montemiletto Wine-making techniques: Selected grapes are fermented and macerated for an average of 8 days. When the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation are complete the wine is left to mature in small barrels of American oak for 8 months. (6 x 75 cl)

Terredora ROSAENOVAE Irpinia IGT Campania
Tasting notes: With a characteristic salmon-pink colour it has an elegant bouquet with aromatic notes including cherry, red fruits and apricot. It is well balanced on the palate; it is dry and persistent with undertones of peach and an after taste of strawberry. Wine-making techniques: The grapes, harvested at the end of October, are gently pressed and then fermented at a controlled temperature following a brief, cold maceration on the skins for 24 hours. The wine is aged in steel. (6 x 75 cl)

The maceration of the grapes, at 24-25ÂșC, does not exceed 7 days in order to obtain an excellent extraction of colour without creating a heavy tannic structure. The wine also maintaining good aromatic freshness as it sees becuase of ageing shared in wood and stainless steel tanks (6 x 75 cl)
Terredora TERRE di DORA Fiano di Avellino DOCG Campania
Tasting notes: Medium gold with subtle notes of mature fruit and flowers with hints of pear, apricot, citrus fruits, toasted hazelnuts, acacia, hawthorn and honey. It is persistent and aromatic and will reward a few years' cellaring. Production area: Our own vineyards in Montefalcione and Lapio. Wine-making techniques: Produced with cold maceration from grapes harvested in the first ten days of October. The fermentation is at controlled temperature after cold settling and the wine is matured on its lees for several months. (12 x 75 cl)

Tasting notes: Pale-medium gold reflections with a rich and powerfully aromatic nose of apricot, apple, peach and citrus fruits. On the palate it is full bodied, soft and well balanced with excellent acidity. It improves with age. Tasting notes: Intense ruby colour with garnet reflections, pronounced and complex bouquet with hints of cherry, fruits of the forest, spicy scents of violet and tobacco and a suggestion of minerals. Elegant, smooth, velvety and intense it displays characteristic hints of plums, black cherries, black pepper and tar. It is full bodied and austere on the palate with balanced tannins and acidity. It will continue to age and develop for more than a decade. Production Area: Our own vineyards in Lapio and Montemiletto. Wine-making techniques: Carefully selected grapes are hand-harvested and then macerated for 10-12 days. When the alcoholic and malolactic fermentations are complete, the wine is aged in small French oak barrels for 18 months. After blending the maturation continues in 35 hl oak barrels for 12 months and then in bottle for a further 8-12 months. (6 x 75 cl)

Tasting Notes: Straw like yellow in colour, It has rich and intense scents of mature fruit, pineapple, white peaches, broom and a particular scent of liquorice. Soft and well structured, it offers the palate, tones of fruits and minerals. Production techniques: Produced with cold maceration of grapes harvested at the beginning of October. The fermentation at a controlled temperature of the must, decanted cold, is followed by careful refining in stainless steel tanks. Production area: Selected vineyards on Vesuvio slopes (6 x 75 cl)
