The Zinfandel grape ripens to perfection in the warm sunny climate of the North Central Valley. After traditional maceration and vinification, part of the blend is matured in contact with oak to allow the wine to soften and develop complexity. (12 x 75 cl)

A delicious, off-dry rose made using Zinfandel grapes from the San Joaquin Valley. Allowed only a short maceration on the skins to impart the beautiful salmon pink colour and then cool-fermented to retain freshness and acidity. (12 x 75 cl)

A soft easy drinking Cabernet Sauvignon from California’s northern Central Valley. Full of ripe, blackcurranty fruit flavours and rounded tannins with a very subtle hint of vanilla from partial oak ageing (12 x 75 cl)

The rapidly increasing popularity of Pinot Grigio has lead to a significant expansion in the plantings in California’s northern Central Valley. The grapes, once crushed are fermented in stainless steel tanks and the wine is bottled early to preserve the freshness and fruit. A ripe easy drinking wine with excellent mouthfeel. (12 x 75 cl)

A rich deep coloured wine made using fruit mostly sourced from Lodi and surrounding parts of northern Central Valley; 70% Cabernet Sauvignon and 30% Zinfandel. The Cabernet brings a rich blackcurranty flavour to the wine while the Zinfandel adds a classic black pepper, spicy dimension and plenty of weight to the palate. (12 x 75 cl)

A fresh crisp and unoaked wine made using a blend of 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Grigio. The fruit for this very appealing wine is sourced from the northern Central Valley and Central Coast regions. Fermented and aged in stainless steel, the aim is to produce a wine which has ripe peachy fruit of Chardonnay overlaid the floral aromas of Pinot Grigio. (12 x 75 cl)
