Dark ruby colour with soft blackcurranty and plum aromas are enhanced by lovely weight and elegance. The higher part of Merlot makes this wine softer and sweeter with no aggressive tannins and it is delicious for current drinking. (12 x 75 cl)

A relatively small estate run by Bernard Germain with a high proportion of Merlot grown on limestone. The bouquet has notes of black cherries, tobacco and roasting, and the palate is full and voluptuous, care of the low yielding old vines. In the mouth there is an explosion of stewed fruits with a final persistence. (6 x 75 cl)
12 months oak ageing has produced a garnet red colour with a nose of jam and red fruits. Full style Merlot, it is fleshy and long in the finish. (12 x 75 cl)
Bernard Germain is the sixth generation of a wine-making family. His motto is 'tradition rhymes with exception'. Evidently, therefore, he has a great respect for the art and traditions of wine-making, and it is in this spirit that the wines of Germain and Associes are made. An immensely appealing and refreshing Sauvignon/Semillon blend with a vibrant and grassy nose. The palate is showing tangy acidity as well as fresh, but soft, green fruit. (12 x 75 cl)
