Description:
Often the richest of Olivier Merlin's three cuvees of Pouilly Fuissé, the Terroir de Fuissé this year benefits from a fine thread of minerality which makes this a vigorous, energetic, racy white Burgundy as well as one with a really impressive depth of flavour. The oak ageing is perfectly judged too.

An underlying sense of power denotes this wine. Full, ripe and dynamic, it provides mouthfuls of energetic fruit and a touch of lime blossom which enlivens the classy bouquet. (6 x 75 cl)

Graceful and harmonious, this wine is nonetheless the richest of Olivier's Pouilly-Fuissé cuvées. There is no loss of elegance in the rounded and perfumed palate which is redolent of ripe pears. This is a delicious wine for the medium term.
