The basic blend is made up of 64% Pinot Noir grapes from the Grands Crus at Ay, in the Vallée de la Marne, and at Verzenay, Verzy, Ambonnay and Bouzy in the Montagne de Reims.The blend also includes 36% Chardonnay grapes from three Grands Crus: Avize, Og (1 x 3 Litres)

The Vintage Rosé has a dense, brilliant, deep-coloured robe, a delicate pink with orange tints.The nose, characterised by our red Bouzy wines, reveals intense aromas of red and black fruits , enhanced with a touch of spices (p (3 x 1.5 Litres)

The wine has a luminous colour with radiant rose accents. The nose is elegant and generous, with initial aromas of fresh red fruit leading to dried fruits and biscuit notes (almonds, apricots and brioche (6 x 75 cl)

The Rose Reserve has an attractive, rosy tint, with deep, gold-bronze reflections. Effervescence is lively and persistent. The wine is very expressive on the nose, with notes of red fruits followed by notes of minerals and violets. This expresses perfectly all the graciousness of the Pinot Noir. In the mouth the attack, in complete harmony with the nose, is energetic and open with strong notes of subtly, crisp fruits (6 x 75 cl)

La Grande Dame Rose 1995 is warm in colour, a coppery-pink with hints of gold. The mousse is very delicate. The bouquet is intense, at first very fruity . Then, after a little air, aromas develop that are toasted (6 x 75 cl)

THE CUVÉE This Vintage is made up from twenty villages all classified as Premiers or Grands Crus. They are located in the Côte des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims regions.The dominance and power comes from the Pinot Noir, which represents 57% of the b (6 x 75 cl)
