This delicious, fragrant and frivolous sparkler has ample pear, apple and tropical fruit character on the nose which leads through to a palate of crisp, citrus and creamy pineapple. (12 x 75 cl)
The Lindemans Bin Series wines are made with fruit sourced from key grape growing regions in Australia. This ability of Lindemans to source and blend wines from different regions produces wine of a consistently outstanding quality regardless of varying vintage conditions. Parcels of this wine were matured in a combination of French and American oak and this has produced a deep crimson coloured wine fading to ruby at the rim. A full nose, replete with aromas of cassis and spice develop onto the palate while the finish is supported by soft tannins and natural acidity. (12 x 75 cl)
Medium to deep purple in colour, the Stamp of Australia Shiraz Cabernet displays spicy white pepper, red cherry and blackcurrant aromas, with hints of toasty vanillin oak. Fresh fruit characters dominate the palate, and subtle vanillin toasty oak flavours are also evident. Fruit tannins provide complexity, resulting in a very approachable, persistent, fruit driven and distinctive style of wine. Stamp of Australia continues the tradition of fine winemaking that Hardys have become recognised for throughout the world. The Stamp range is identified by the original Australian postage stamp, dating back to 1937, which is featured on all Stamp of Australia wines. (12 x 75 cl)
