This wine has fresh aromas of green apples, fresh grass, and lemon. In the mouth, the wine is bright and full, with clean flavours of tarragon, lemon, and green apple. Subtle hints of lime and fresh mint add complexity. The finish is clean and crisp. (12 x 75 cl)

This classic, Claret-style Zinfandel, with the addition of 5% each of Petite Syrah and Carignan, comes from Mendocino, Amador and San Joaquin, where the variety typically develops a spicy, black-pepper character. Matured in mainly American oak barriques. (6 x 75 cl)
