Domaine Ott acquired Chateau de Selle in 1912 and today it is an estate over 110 hectares, including 48 devoted to wine production. Located on the plateaux of the Var, not far from Le Luc, in the heart of Cotes de Provence country, it is making wine that is a great reflection of the terrior. As early as 1930, the 'Coeur de Grain' rose made its way over to the UK. A delicious blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache and Cinsault this is a lovely pale rose coloured wine that is both vegetal, fruity and spicy showing apricot and grapefruit aromas. A fine and delicate structure compliments the lengthy finish showing liquorice, pink grapefruit and aniseed. (6 x 75 cl)

The vine needs time and men that work with wine sometimes devote their entire lives to it. So it was and has remained with Marcel Ott, his children and his grandchildren. Established in 1896, Ott, an Alsatian agricultural engineer with a pioneer spirit, set out to create a wine-producing estate. Purchased in 1935 Clos Mireille is in La Londe, bordering the sea, not far from Fort de Bregancon in the Cotes de Provence Appellation. After extensive re-modelling and re-planting in the 1930's today the estate covers 170 hectares, including 47 devoted to wine production. Of particular importance is the a micro-climate imbued with seaspray that produces wines of great distinctive character. Born of a combination of 2 vine varieties Semillon for its roundness, suppleness and taste of honey combines well with Ugni Blanc, adopted for its liveliness and youth. From vineyards that stretch down to the sea this wine has a well developed bouquet where aromas of stone fruit mingle with spices and wild flowers. (6 x 75 cl)

A fruity dry styled pale pink coloured Rose it is produced from 25 year old vines. A blend of hand picked Grenache, Cinsault, Mourvedre and Syrah grapes it has refined complexity that displays a pleasent fruitiness with finely tempered ripeness.

A pretty, pale pink Rose with very delicate floral aromas and an elegant, refined palate showing gentle, candied red fruits. Fantastic as an aperitif or very nice with lobster and grilled fish. Domaine de Rimauresque Cru Classe is a highly-reputed estate, situated on the Cotes du Provence. The estate encompasses 46 hectares of prime vineyards with an average vine age of 40 years . Situated on the harsh mineral soils at the foothills of the Maures Massif, the vines are protected by the sheltering effects of the mountain from the harsh Mediterranean sun. This allows a longer ripening period and better fruit development, while replacement planting is now ensuring an increased vine density of up to 5,000 vines per hectare in an ongoing drive to improve quality. The estate owned by the Wemyss family produce whites full of character from Rollo , floral scented roses from a blend of Cinsault, Tribouren and Mourvedre. Additionally the red is both weighty, yet elegant with a tight, firm structure and real terroir character, produced from Cabernet Sauvignon with a slug of Carignan and Syrah for warmth and opulence and just a hint of Mourvedre for spice and perfume.
