Description: This wine is a blend of Grenache blanc 30%, Bourboulenc 30%, Ugni blanc 30% and Roussanne 10% and once the grapes are in the winery they are lightly crushed, then pressed in a pneumatic press, prior to clarification of the must and cool fermentation. This takes place in vats for 90% of the blend, with 10% fermented in new oak barrels with lees-stirring.

This wine is a bright pale yellow colour with hints of green.On the nose green fruit, corn and hazel-nuts give way to a soft, balanced wine.

This wine is a blend of Grenache 50%, Syrah 20%, Carignan 15% and Cinsault 15% and after 10 month maturing in oak it has produced a deep cherry red coloured wine. The nose is showing rich ripe fruit and spice. The good solid red wine with pleasant tannins finishes well. (12 x 75 cl)

Organic. A really fruity example from an area better known for its reds. Made from Clairette, Bourboulenc and Chardonnay it has clean herbaceous fruit with aromas of honeysuckle and sweet plums. Its lemony sherbet flavours are mouth-filling. A real find. (12 x 75 cl)

The Aquarelle is the watercolour on the label painted and this old vine Mourvedre, Grenache and Syrah is aged in large foudres for at least 6 years. This has resulted in a smooth, mature cassis and plum flavoured palate with hints of cedar wood and spice.
