Montaudon Brut MILLESIME Vintage Champagne
Appearance: Delicate yellow gold colour with a continuous stream of small bubbles. The champagne has a remarkable visual appeal. Nose: Very expressive, a combination of creme fraiche, dried flowers and jam. Palate: First impressions confirm this Chamapgne has a strong personality. Rich and full flavoured this is a bold and well proportioned wine. To plant vines and work unceasingly to regularly produce high quality grapes represents a real challengw in the Champagne country. The climate is very severe and is a continual obstacle. Really sunny years are rare, but they yield exceptional wine, which requires 3 or 4 years of additional ageing in the cellars. A blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, this well structured and well balanced Champagne satisfies the connoiseurs of mature Champagnes- the Vintage champagne is the perfect accompaniment for any meal calling for excellant Champagne. (6 x 75 cl)
Montaudon RESERVE PREMIERE Brut Non Vintage Champagne
Appearance: Yellow copper-gold tints and a persistent lively mousse. Nose: Very expressive with a distinguished scent of brioche and dried fruits. Palate. Clean and sincere with a flavour of dried fruits and cognac. Finesse, delicacy and subtlety in perfect harmony. The long lasting finish gives further emphasis to its perfect proportions. Champagne connoisseurs habitually say you can judge a Champagne by its Brut. Montaudon elaborates a real Brut, where the minmal dosage does not mask the true character of the blend- it is an assemblage of the three grape varieties: mainly Pinot Noir, with Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. The Brut is the par excellence Champagne: fresh lively and elegant, it can be served on all occasions. (3 x 1.5 Litres)

Montaudon GRANDE ROSE Brut Non Vintage Champagne
Appearance: Very vivid redcurrant colour with strings of fine bubbles. Nose. It is very distinctive and reminiscent of blackcurrants and fresh fruit. Palate. Initially clean and clear followed by typical red fruit flavours . The finish shows the full character of rose, with no excess tannin apparent. Champagne has always had the distinction of lifting morale and boosting the 'joie de vivre'. Certain blends can arouse dreams. Presented in a bottle of crystalline purity, the composition of this Champagne pays homage to the talents of the X111th century artists who so patiently assembled the colours of the Grande Rose Window of the Reims Cathedral. The blending of Grand Crus can be likened to the glassmakers art, creating a new work worthy of medieval artists. The Rose Champagne goes well with exquisite dinners. (6 x 75 cl)
