For the past 20 years the Grassa family have been putting Vin de Pays des Cotes de Gascogne on the viticultural map and have established a worldwide reputation for their various Domaines, from Gold medal after Gold medal in international competitions to the world's leading wine writers citing Yves Grassa as one of the world's most dynamic and innovative winemakers. Indeed, back in 1989 the Domaine du Tariquet Ugni Blanc/Colombard won White Wine of the Year at the International Wine Challenge. Domaine Tariquet is the property where Yves Grassa lives on the family estate and it is here that he tends his most precious vines.
