With the purchase in 1987 of the Val De Brun di Refrontolo estate situated in the heart of the wine growing areas of Conegliano and Valodbbiadene, the Polegato family wanted to create a refined selection of wines and sparkling wines bringing it to market with the tradename Astoria, bearing the same name as the Wine Firm of Antonini Ceresa. This is a deep dark red coloured wine with a nose of black fruity plums, tobacco and tar. Round ripe palate with a full body, clear finish and soft tannins. (6 x 75 cl)
