TASTING NOTES A deep rich ruby in colour. On the nose, there is a bouquet of dark chocolate and cedarwood with aromas of liquorice and black cherries following through to a wonderful velvet mouthfeel with hints of softly stewed plums, boysenberry and a touch of mint on the finish.The tannins are soft and the wine is drinking well now. A barrel-fermented Chardonnay, matured on the lees, using both American and French oak for six months. The grapes are 100% organically grown on various ranches in Mendocino County. The result is a smooth, creamy wine with elegance and subtle oak overtone. DUPLICATE (6 x 75 cl)

This velvety-soft red wine has good concentration, soft black cherry and slightly minty flavours and tannins. It has a complex structure of cherry, oak spice and a hint of cedar, balanced by vanilla flavours. (6 x 75 cl)

Bright and fresh aromas of peaches, apricots and honeysuckle followed by a touch of vanilla and toast. A creamy finish with lingering flavours of peach. (6 x 75 cl)

A great example of Zinfandel! Deep purple in colour and with a wonderfully rich, spicy palate. Sourced from Home Ranch, together with grapes from Blue Heron and Clock Springs vineyards. The wine spends eleven months in mainly two-year old American oak. (6 x 75 cl)
