Description:
Errazuriz Pinot Noir displays ripe blackberry and floral aromas, while raspberry and black cherry flavours draw forward on the palate. Malolactic characters contribute a buttery richness. Vanilla and toast are well integrated with the floral notes on the finish. With proper cellaring, this wine should continue to improve in the bottle for about three years after vintage.
Our Wild Ferment Pinot Noir is elegant and soft, with integrated oak and ripe tannins. Wild blackberry and cherry aromas are layered with background notes of vanilla, toast, and a slight earthiness. Buttery malolactic characters give the wine good depth, and the lingering finish is rich with berry and spice. The wine should continue to improve in the bottle for about four years. (6 x 75 cl)

Chardonnay Max Reserva reflects the distinctive fruit characters of La Escultura Estate. Granny Smith apple, fresh yellow pear and light floral aromas carry through on the palate, where notes of dried apricot and apple pie spices create depth of flavour. Barrel fermentation lightly coats the wine in vanilla and toast. The viscous, buttery texture is brightened with crisp acidity, melting into a soft, elegant finish. The wine is already developing a lovely bottle bouquet, and should continue to gain in complexity, if cellared correctly, for five or six years after vintage. (6 x 75 cl)
Wild Ferment Chardonnay is full-bodied and rich. Although high in alcohol the wine is balanced by high acidity. Ripe fruit aromas feature vanilla, dried apricot, peach and honey with hints of baked bread. On the palate, buttery apple, coconut, honeysuckle flowers and pear flavours are balanced with a creamy texture. The barrel fermented components add layers of toast and vanilla, while the malolactic fermentation contributes a rich, buttery texture. This wine is an outstanding Chardonnay enjoyable upon release, but will continue to gain in complexity. (6 x 75 cl)
