Hand selected Pecorino grapes are gently pressed and the resulting must is fermented at a controlled temperature, after a short contact with skins at low temperature to produce a light yellow coloured wine with gilded nuances and greenish tones. The fragrant floral aromas are pleasantly fruity, with hints of mango, garden sage, acacia and exotic fruit. It presents a particular acid structure which makes it very fresh, pleasant and balanced with notes of minerals and exotic fruits.
