White grapes from the Douro are grown at higher altitudes to protect the crisp, fresh flavours vital for white wine. Fermented in new French oak and bottled in Spring. Intensely fruity, with an exotic, pineapple. (6 x 75 cl)
Produced mainly from Malvasia Fina, Gouveio and Dona Branca grapes. It is vinified by the 'Bica Alberta' method at controlled temperatures and bottled soon after fermentation to preserve its aromas. With a characteristic lemon colour, the wine has a fresh aroma and lively acidity on the palate. (12 x 75 cl)
Alentejos hot climate produces a warm, sunny wine with a bouquet of ripe baked fruit, predominantly black cherry. These aromas follow through onto the palate joined by sweet, spicy characters overlaid with a touch of new oak. (6 x 75 cl)
