Grapes are manually harvested and owner Jean-Bernard Saby and his two sons are all oenologists who take great pride in the wines they produce. It is classified as a St Emilion Grand Cru. The vineyard consists of plots in 4 different communes and the wine is typically a blend of 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc.
