Our 2001 Caliterra Malbec has a clear, dark red colour with purple hues. The complex array of aromas include red berry and cherry, violets, cinnamon and clove. The spice and floral notes carry through on the palate, and the soft tannins create a pleasant mouth feel. The wine is medium bodied with a fresh acidity and well balanced. (12 x 75 cl)

Our Caliterra Chardonnay is a fresh, elegant and complex wine with a lovely pale yellow colour. By using components from four different valleys, together with the partial barrel fermentation, we have brought together a complex array of aromas and flavours. The intense aromas feature ripe tropical fruit, citrus and green apple. Barrel fermentation provide light accents of vanilla and toffee. Malolactic fermentation softens the aromas and creates a rich, round bouquet. On the palate, fruit flavours and toasty oak give way to a deliciously creamy texture and a lively acidity.Ideal with fish and chicken pasta dishes,rissotto or shellfish. (12 x 75 cl)
