The wine spends between 15 and 18 months in the barrel, 80% in new Oak, and is fined using egg white. This wine is a blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Merlot, 4% Cabernet Franc and 1% Petit Verdot. A deep crimson colour with a slightly spicy nose, blossoming into smokey aromas. The initial taste is dominated by crunchy fruitiness while on the palate the tannins are elegant and mellow leading to a finish of great length. Available in half bottles. (12 x 75 cl)
