The Givry Rouge Champ Nalot undergoes maceration and fermentation for 12 days in stainless steel and is then aged in one-year-old oak barrels. This has produced a richly perfumed Pinot Noir exhibiting ripe cherry smells, strawberry and liquorice and undertones of menthol. (6 x 75 cl)
The Joblot family has been producing wine for over 3 generations. They own 13 hectares of vineyards in three 1er Cru areas in Givry and emphasize good vineyard management with small yields. Once in the winery it is vinified in 100% new barriques resulting in wines the combine power with elegance. A deep red coloured Pinot Noir from what is considered to be the top estate in the area. A classy and elegant wine with great fruit intensity of cherries and raspberries blended with gamey flavours and a ripe finish. Limited availability. (12 x 75 cl)
