Petit Chablis is the perfect aperitif. A little lighter and more accessible than traditional Chablis, this wine from Laroche could give many of its big brothers a run for their money. It has a lovely fragrant aroma with hints of camomile, mint and minerals. In the mouth, it is crisp, flinty and fluid, with a harmonious finish (6 x 75 cl)

Chablis St Martin is a special cuvee, named after the patron saint of Chablis. Domaine Laroche own 61.5 hectares of Chablis vineyards, facing east and south-west, on pure Kimmeridgian limestone. St Martin is a selection of the best plots from the Domaine (6 x 75 cl)

Premier Cru quality in all but name, St Martin Vieilles Vignes has lovely gunflint intensity on the nose. The palate is concentrated and weighty with nuances from the limestone soil, shades of pineapple fruit, and real mineral complexity. Beautifully structured, it lingers on in the mouth (6 x 75 cl)

There are just 30 hectares of Les Vaudevey, one of 17 Premier Cru vineyards in Chablis covering 750 hectares in total. Michel Laroche owns just over 10 hectares of this, the steepest and stoniest of the Premiers Crus. 100% Chardonnay, fermented predominantly in stainless steel vats, with 10 to 20% matured in French oak barrels to add weight and complexity. Les Vaudevey can be outstanding in good vintages, the most mineral and classic of the Premier Crus (6 x 75 cl)
