Description:
A sparkling wine with a sweet nose of musk, sage and honey with typical Muscat flavours of acacia, hawthorn and oranges, arousing engaging sensations lengthened by a lingering cheery flavour.
Asti DOCG from Fontanafredda is obtained from the basic Moscato wine cultivated in the vineyards of Santo Stefano Belbo, Canelli and Serralunga d'Alba. A sweet and aromatic grape, Moscato is the origin of a unique and unmistakable sparkling wine. Wonderfull grapey bouquet with pineapple and passion fruit. Bursting with tropical fruit flavours and a clean, fresh finish that is well balanced with enough citrus acidity. (6 x 75 cl)
Colour: light straw yellow. Bouquet: musky with a delicately sweet and harmonious flavour. Flavour: sweet with a very fine and lasting froth. Vinification: gentle pressing of the grapes. Natural fermentation of the Moscato grapes is carried out in pressurised vats using the Charmat system. Area: This sparkling wine is produced throughout the provinces of Asti and Alessandria and in part of the province of Cuneo. Vine: Moscato d'Asti Grape. (6 x 75 cl)
Typical Asti aromas of fresh juicy grapes and yeasty hints. A true tingle on the palate leads into a fresh, light-bodied sparkling wine. Lovely grape flavours and sweetness balanced by crisp citrus fruit. (12 x 75 cl)
100% Moscato Bianco. Fragrant and delicate floral bouquet with touches of patisserie. On the palate it has a velvety sweetness with a long-lasting cascade of fine bubbles. (6 x 75 cl)
Ruby red colour with garnet reflexes. The bouquet is reminiscent of red currant, blackberry, blueberry, licorice, with nuances of chocolate and toasted coffee. On the palate the sweet and smooth tannins of the Nebbiolo add volume, roundness and mingles with the acidity of Barbera, giving a fresh clean finish. (6 x 75 cl)
