The 'Les Pierres' cuvee is the product of double selection. As soon as the Syrah grapes are harvested, the finest harvests from the Clos de Cuminaille, as well as from Côte Bellay and Côte de Limony, are identified, separated and matured in new barrels. At the end of the maturing process, the best barrels are chosen for the 'Les Pierres' cuvee. (12 x 75 cl)
Soft and peppery, an attractive blend using predominantly Grenache with some Syrah, Cinsault and Mourvedre to give a typically warm, ripe-flavoured wine. Sourced mainly from the Vaucuse department. (12 x 37.5 cl)

100% Syrah, the winemaker has succeeded in producing a wine that uses the terroir to make a unique cuvee as the soil is emphasised by maturing the wine in casks with regular racking. The harvest, sorted by vine, is partially de-stemmed, crushed and fermented between 4 to 5 days, finally, it is matured up to 20 months using 20% new wood, finely grained oak from Allier and Nevers and smoothly sanded barrels. (12 x 75 cl)
A slightly browning appearance indicates a maturing wine. The nose is of farmyard and game. Perfumed and weighty, fruits include currents and summer berries. The palate is one of preserved fruits and ripe red berries. Soft and ready to drink now. One taster commented, "It's a meal in itself!". A compliment for sure! (12 x 75 cl)
A wine of elegance and concentration of pure fruit flavours reflecting a Burgundian approach. There are smoky, autumnal aromas on the nose. (12 x 75 cl)
