Generic Tasting Notes A soft, slightly creamy chardonnay with aromas of ripe apples and delicate tropical fruits. Nice intensity of fruit on the palate with further tropical fruit and vanilla notes. A dry and pleasantly fresh finish. Vinification Grape bunches are careful selected, crushed, and left to macerate cold on the skins for 5 hours to extract aromas. The must is then separated from the skins and fermented partly in stainless steel and partly in barriques to add compexity. Finally the wine is allowed to mature/stabilise in stainless steel tanks for 4 months prior to bottling. (12 x 75 cl)

Producer Notes The 'I Mastri Vernacoli' wines are produced from selected Trentino D.O.C fruit by Cantina Viticoltori S.C.a.r.l in Trento, one of the group of co-operatives that form Ca'Vit, which was established in 1957. Overall they make an extraordinary range of wines from correct, well-made and commercial varietals to some truly fine, single vineyard selection, individual specialities. To achieve this Ca'Vit's winemakers, technicians and vineyard managers oversee all areas of production, working closely with the growers' co-operative cellars to maximise quality of the grapes in the vineyard, the wines, and sales and marketing. About 80% of the total winemaking in Trentino takes place at the 14 growers' co-operative cellars associated to Ca'Vit. Vinification Vinification is carried out in contact with the skins and maceration on the pomace takes 6-7 days. A 6-8 month maturation period follows in order to maintain the freshness of the wine. Once stabilised, the wine is bottled. (12 x 75 cl)

Generic Tasting Notes Straw yellow colour; intense nose with lovely floral notes; dry, fresh palate with great character and elegance. Vinification Traditional white wine vinification: the must is softly pressed to avoid the extraction of the natural rose colour from the skins. Fermentation follows with the use of selected yeasts at a constant temperature of about 20 degrees C. The wine is matured in stainless steel vats and stabilised. This is followed by cold sterilisation and bottling. (12 x 75 cl)

Generic Tasting Notes An intense cherry coloured wine, with ruby hues. Complex bouquet, with highly concentrated notes of forest fruits, harmonising with a spicy perfume and elegant notes of wood and vanilla . A full-bodied, generous wine, which has great harmony and a long finish. Producer Notes A new range from caVit with striking packaging and wines from selected vineyards. Also in the range is a ripe, full, nutty and honeyed Pinot Grigio. Vinification The grapes are harvested when fully mature in the first ten days of October, when the stalk is woody and the seeds well-mature. After crushing the must is fermented with the skins in small stainless steel vats for approximately 12 -14 days at a temperature which does not exceed 26-27ÂșC. The wine is then refined in oak barriques for 15 months. A short maturation period in barrels then follows before bottling. (6 x 75 cl)
