Domaine de Vauroux Chablis AC
Domaine de Vauroux was created in 1956 by the Tricon family. In 1972 they started farming the first grapevines. Throughout its evolution the Domaine has successfully combined modern and traditional approaches, particularly in relation to its winemaking practices. Apart from their know-how and their traditions, the estate's forebears have passed on to Domaine de Vauroux one of the oldest winegrower's huts in the region which dates from the 17th century. This vineyard is today over 30 hectares. A bright and clear robe with a pale golden colour. A well structured wine with a hearty and complex bouquet, at once mineral and lively, this full-bodied and fruity Chablis brings out grapefruit and pine tree overtones. Good length on the palate. (6 x 75 cl)

This vineyard is today over 30 hectares. This wine is made up of 30 years old grapevines. The grapes, which are harvested when full ripe, give the wine a very strong and complex bouquet. With the passage of the time, the honey and acacia aromas, which characterize the wine when it is young, will fade in favour of fragrances of dried fruits and hazelnut. (6 x 75 cl)

Domaine de la Pauliere Chablis AC
Older vines from the steeper slopes provide the fruit for this excellent cuvee. Lovely minerally flavours balanced with a twist of racy acidity make this an excellent dry white with great depth of Chardonnay characteristics and length in the finish.
