This sparkling wine is a blend of 40% Parellada, 30% Macabeo and 30% Xarel-lo. Using these light and fruity grapes has produced a wine showing a wealth of aromas, most of which are provided by the Parellada variety. Light on the palate with a good balance between acidity and sweetness. (12 x 75 cl)

Similar to the Brut with a little more sugar in the dosage making it just off dry. (12 x 75 cl)
